Fix storageclass migration cancel action not showing up

      Description of problem:

      When in cluster exists multiple migrations for the same VM (for example one have failed and we create a different one)

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      How reproducible:

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a migration
2. Cancel that migration or let that fail
3. Create another migration

      Actual results:

      The actions menu from the virtual machines list let the user create a third migration but the VM details page let the user only cancel the latest migration

      Expected results:

      Show the cancel latest migration in both  actions menus
