      Description of problem:

      Can trigger multiple storage migration on VM

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      CNV-v4.18.0.rhel9-694

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Login Openshift UI and Create a VM with ocs-storagecluster-ceph-rbd-virtualization storage class, running the VM
2. Go to Virtualization -> VirtualMachines
3. Click the menu Migrate ->Storage “Migrate VirtualMachine storage to a different StorageClass”, migrate to ocs-storagecluster-ceph-rbd storage class
4. Trigger another migration to different storage class  when the pervious one is in progress

      Actual results:

      There is no migration progress on UI
There is no warning that the pervious migration is ongoing.

      Expected results:

      The should be a migration progress indicator on UI, showing how many has been completed or indicating the migration is finished.
There should not allow a new migration trigger when the old one is still ongoing.
