Today some lanes are consistently failing due to them picking up tests that should have never been attempted to run:

To address this, we could provide some labels on tests (upstream change) describing the capabilities needed.
Once those are in, the test scripts owner could filter out tests according to the infrastructure capabilities (downstream change).
