Deleted Vm's still appears in ACM OpenShift Virtualization dashboards dropdowns

      Description of problem:

      dashboard "Single Virtual Machine View" dropdown is displaying deleted VM's

      ACM 2.12 (latest)

      How reproducible:

      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

      
1.deploy 2.12 ACM 
2. enable multicluster observability
3.import local cluster
4. create some vm's and delete them
4. naviagte to grafana "Dashboards ACM / OpenShift Virtualization Executive dashboards / Single Virtual Machine View" dahboard
5. click on "vm_name" dropdown

       

      Actual results:
      the deleted vm's apperas in the dropdown

      Expected results:

      since these vm's are deleted, they shouldnt be as option in the dropdown
