      Goal

Provide a way to monitor VMs from multiple clusters in ACM using ACM observability service.

Define the metrics that needs to be collected by ACM and create a Grafana dashboard/s to monitor the VMs.

Initial information for this effort can be found here:
      https://docs.google.com/document/d/18JJgrpRdxi4XNvZeZ0Ap3kgbbY-1io_4Fcf8m3BDNBk/edit?usp=sharing

      User Stories

      • As an ACM user I would like to be able to easily detect clusters that have issues with the CNV operator and perhaps also the reason.
      • As an ACM user I would like to know how many VMs are in each status in each cluster

      Non-Requirements

      • List of things not included in this epic, to alleviate any doubt raised during the grooming process.

      Notes
