Goal

Make it possible to create secondary localnet networks using cluster UDNs. Make the rest of the UI integrate with

User Stories

• As a cluster admin, I want to create a secondary ClusterUserDefinedNetwork of the "localnet" topology, selecting a bridge mapping from a pre-populated list, optionally setting MTU and VLAN.
• As a cluster admin, I want to see the current status of given UDN.
• As a cluster admin, I don't want NetworkAttachmentDefinitions created by UDNs to be editable in the UI.
• As a VM admin, I want NADs created from UDNs to be listed under the parent UDN name, and with a little "UDN" tag, to distinguish them from regular NADs.
