      Goal

Don't let CNV release if it fundamentally broke on ARM.

      User Stories

      • As a CNV program member,I want each CNV build to run on ARM before release, so that I can confidently promote it to TechPreivew.
      • The ARM test job must always (or at least >95%) pass unless it found a real bug.
      • The result of the job must tie to Greenwave, so that the tested build is not attached to Errata in case it failed on ARM.
      • The test job should be comprehensive but it should not repeat everything that is already tested on x86.

      Non-Requirements

      • List of things not included in this epic, to alleviate any doubt raised during the grooming process.

      Notes

      • Please consider running the new job on top of OpenShift CI, as it already has mechanism of obtaining ARM nodes.
