Currently Baseline performance results show results of 14.8Mpps.

This is inconsistent with the checkup's current results which are 7Mpps according to QE (reported by ysegev@redhat.com )

Note that there is a difference between baseline setup and the QE's setup:

1. baseline do not have a switch between the nodes. could explain ~25% of difference, but it cannot explain the current gap.
2. baseline use different trex & testpmd commands that may be more optimized than the ones that the checkup currently use. This can be further examined in this task's context.
