      Description of problem:

When taking a VM snapshot of a VM, in case of error in the volumesnapshot during or after the vmsnapshot is succeeded UI will not show that the vmsnapshot is not ready to use and the Error that caused that

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      OCP 4.14.1
      CNV 4.14.1-57

      How reproducible:

      always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a VM with importing a image, (which create A DV to pull the image and create the PVC)
      2. Take a vmsnapshot, get to succeeded state.
      3. Delete the volumesnapshot
      4. See that there is no indication on the screen that something changed. [attached snap1]
(if pressing on the vmsnapshot can see in the conditions that something is wrong [snap2], and in the yaml can see Error[snap3])

      Actual results:

In main screen of vmsnapshot the state is succeeded and no other indication of a problem

      Expected results:

Expose the readyToUse field to indicate that something is wrong.
Expose the Error from the status for explanation.

      Additional info:

Also in snap4 we can see another page of the vmsnapshots, that we dont have any indications what so ever, not even status, not sure if intentional and if so whats the point of this page.
