When trying to take VM snapshot of a VM, when one of the disk volumes is in Terminating
 state, if one try to take a snapshot in this state, the process will "silienty" fails on timeout with 
"snapshot deadline exceeded"

1. Create a VM with importing a image, (which create A DV to pull the image and create the PVC)
2. Once the VM is running, delete the DV
3. The PVC should be in terminating stage.
4. Try to take a VM snapshot

Error we get is "snapshot deadline exceeded"

Expose the underline reason for the fail from the VolumeSnapshot,
when trying to manualy do the snapshot of the Volume, you get the reason.

Failed to create snapshot content with error snapshot controller failed to update vm-test  on API server: cannot add finalizer on claim because it is being deleted
