[enterprise-4.14] Issue in runbook for CRC errors

      Description of problem:

          Documentation about mitigation makes it seem that you can just add the rxbounce option to the storage class and fix the CRC errors.  However, you cannot do that and a new storage class would need to be created with the new options added.

      Actual results:

          Error about not being able to modify an existing storage class

      Expected results:

          Fix the issue that I was linked to from the console
