      Description of problem:

The VirtualMachineCRCErrors alarm which is new in OCP Virt 4.14 fires for any VM using RBD volumes in Block mode without rwbounce enabled.

My understanding is that this is only an issue with Windows guests, but the alarm and associated runbook do not mention the scope of impact being limited to Windows.

If the impact is purely to Windows guests, then the alarm should filter by detected guest OS or the runbook tied to the alarm should specify. Otherwise, customers may think they need to rush to create new storage classes and rebuild all of their linux VMs because we are warning about "major service outages" in their cluster.
