Gather PipelineRuns from RHTAP cluster at the managed namespace.
Correlate each one with a commit in the FBC repo (https://github.com/openshift-cnv/cnv-fbc)
Extract bundle information that the commit introduces.
Store all data in the DB and display it to the users with a new column of "Build Pipeline" whose default is CPaaS (all entries so far), and "RHTAP FBC" (for bundles resolved through RHTAP pipeline).
