Unprivileged user cannot see list of instancetypes

Using the bm01-cnvqe2-rdu2 cluster on test day while logged in as the test user, I cannot see a list of Instance Types in the create new VM wizard when using the instance types tab. The VM defaults to u1.medium, but there is no way to alter this like in the admin view.

      1. Create a namespace (I used cwilkers)
2. In the Developer view, click +Add and select VirtualMachines 
3. Switch to the Instance Types tab
