Task scope

New module for the Creating VMs from CLI assembly called "Creating a VM from a VirtualMachineInstancetype manifest".
- Explain what an instance type is. Example - "You can define a required number of CPUs and amount of memory as a virtual machine instance type. Then, you can use the instance type to create multiple VMs."
- Explain how to do it - Create a manifest: YAML example.
Add a link to Creating VMs from instance types UI assembly that points to the new CLI module. "You can also create VMs from instance types by using the command line<link>".
