      Epic Goal

      Extend the support to ARO/HCP releases not covered by CNTRLPLANE-2261 work to enable NodePool CRs to support setting minimum replicas to 0, allowing node pools to scale down completely when using autoscaling (scale-from-zero functionality).

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Scale from/to zero works in OCP 4.20+ without changes to the release payload
      • e2e coverage for the supported releases
