The Compliance Operator will only load node profiles on ROSA HCP clusters, which means the support matrix for the Compliance Operator will need to be updated to reflect that detail:

We will need to find a way to denote ROSA support in the profile support table, and also note which version of the operator the support was implemented in with the Compliance Operator.
