openshift compliance: verify if scans are hang'd to avoid certificate expiration.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Some customers are having an issue where the certificates issued for a scan are expired.
We can see in the logs of pod collector. The workaround is to delete scans and generated secrets. It has not yet been identified if the scans are hang'd during more than a day. Certificate validity is only one day and as the secret is not re-generated, the certificate expires.
