Location will be a string in the RegisteredCluster spec. Most likely it should be an absolute path. An admission webhook ensuring user has appropriate access to the Location will be implemented in a separate task. Initially, Location will be a REQUIRED field. We may someday make it optional when there is a use case for bringing your cluster to KCP but not making it a SyncTarget.
