Rewrite probes

      Currently probes base on CLI. This is the preferred solution to interact with the management API highlighted in the docs. Unfortunately for scripts like probes which are executed very often it requires to bootstrap the whole JVM every 10s for one probe. We should rewrite probes to use a higher level language (Python probably) to be able to interact with the HTTP API directly and parse the JSON output.
