[EAP] Add capability for probes to optionally fail based on EAP start up status

      Add ability for probes to optionally fail based on the start up status of EAP container.
      For example, if EAP started up with 

      JBAS015875: JBoss started (with errors) Started failed or missing dependencies

      Provide an option for the container to be shutdown by the livenessprobe, so that the container never becomes ready (as seen by the readiness probe).
