[CLOUD-3028] [EAP][CD][7.2] OS / K8S DNS and JGroups - Red Hat Issue Tracker

This is a continuation of some issues from ~~CLOUD-2996~~, that it seems would be better addressed via a separate ticket / investigation.

The issues are related to when A records appear in kube-dns / k8s client DNS cache.
