[RH-SSO] Provide sso72-x509-generic-db-persistent.json persistent DB template for Online environment utilizing DATASOURCES approach

    Description

      See CLOUD-2450 JIRA for details about utilizing the DATASOURCES approach (instead of the DB_SERVICE_PREFIX_MAPPING / TX_SERVICE_PREFIX_MAPPING one).

      The expectation for this new sso72-x509-generic-db-persistent.json template is to:

      • It to be able to support MySQL database driver,
      • It to be able to support MariaDB database driver,
      • It to be able to support PostgreSQL database driver

      since these are already available on OpenShift Online environment. Moreover, this template should be persistent one.
