Configure link for redirect to customer portal from RHD website based on feature created in MWES-2995. This redirect link should be defined as separate product, no any analytics necessary for use of this link (no push to Eloqua), and link have to make sure user is at rhdsupportable user profile level.

Target urls from redirect will be inside of www.redhat.com or access.redhat.com domain (so maybe whole *.redhat.com should be whitelisted)

Link URL should be same in PROD and STAGE download manager (except domain naturally)
