As we are going to remove SSO bridge between RHD SSO an sso.redhat.com, we need some other mechanism, which allows to forward users from RHD website to URL's on other redhat sites, but make sure that user has some desired User Profile level (so ask user to login/upgrade user profile - eg to accept RHD T&C) during this redirect.

So "link" feature of the download manager should allow caller to use redirect GET parameter to define target URL (instead of one target URL configured for the link).

Target URL provided over redirect parameter must be validated against whitelist (set to whole redhat.com domain and all its subdomains for now) to prevent misuse.

BTW Proposed name of the parameter - redirect - is same as in current SSO bridge for easier migration of the RHD site to this new mechanism
