After CFE-92 + CFE-93 we can run brew builds using rhpkg.

The rpm spec from CFE-92 should be runnable with the rhpkg CLI (installation instructions can be found here: https://docs.engineering.redhat.com/display/Brew/Using+the+Brew+Prod+environment).

AC:

• add a script that syncs between GH and dist-git and then can create scratch and real release builds in brew
• you should get an email from brew that it was successful and where the -redistributable packages are available for download
