To later on sign via EXD and release via advisories, we need to have a BREW build that works primarily with RPMs.

ODO already has a template file that we can re-purpose:

That produces the binaries for all major platforms and architectures and source zips/tars.
There is another hack script to prepare the template: https://github.com/openshift/odo/blob/main/scripts/rpm-prepare.sh
