RFE-2012 aims to make the user-defined resource tags feature GA. This means that user defined tags should be updatable.

Currently the aws-efs-csi-driver-operator does not apply any user defined resource tags. However, the operator has defined infraInformer defined during the operator startup.

To make user-defined tags updatable, the operator should use the `infraInformers` to watch the Infrastructure CRD for changed user-defined tags, and updates the resources provisioned by the operator accordingly.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • Tests to ensure that updating the extra tag parameters on the operator ensures that existing volumes are retagged.
      • e2e to check for updates to the ResourceTags ensures update of the resource tags on the EFS volumes. -> now moved to CFE-179
