Description

Add an end2end test that will

Create an AWS cluster with a given set of tags
Asserts tags on all components mentioned in ~~CFE-69~~ are correctly created (storage, ELB, IAM etc.)
Update the infra CRD with other tags
Asserts tags on all components mentioned in ~~CFE-69~~ are correctly updated (storage, ELB, IAM etc.)

AC:

E2E test in Origin that will implement the above steps with >99% pass rate
