AWS Tagging End2End Test

      Add an end2end test that will

      • Create an AWS cluster with a given set of tags
      • Asserts tags on all components mentioned in CFE-69 are correctly created (storage, ELB, IAM etc.)
      • Update the infra CRD with other tags
      • Asserts tags on all components mentioned in CFE-69 are correctly updated (storage, ELB, IAM etc.)

      AC:

      • E2E test in Origin that will implement the above steps with >99% pass rate
