The cluster-image-registry-operator provisions an S3 bucket to use a registry backend for the cluster registry. During provisioning the operator reads the ResourceTags from the platform status and passes them as arguments during the creation call.

RFE-2012 wants to make the resource tagging feature GA which means the tags should be updatable. This means the operator will have to keep a watch on the Infrastructure resource and use the updated value of the ResourceTags to update the provisioned S3 bucket.

Acceptance Criteria:

• e2e test where the ResourceTags field is updated which causes an update on the S3 bucket. now moved to CFE-179
