As a customer of ROSA, HyperShift or OSD, I need to be able to pass more than 6 tags to my cluster resources at install time or day2. I am seemingly arbitrarily limited to 6 tags because 4 tags are currently passed to the installer for my clusters already.
The cluster should be able to take more than 6 tags. AWS allows up to 50 tags on most resources.

As a service offering from Red Hat, ROSA and Hypershift are trying to meet the needs of customers while also using the tag management facility in OpenShift for security-focused STS policy enforcement, based on tagging. As such, the ability to tag resources both at install time and day2 is critical, while equally important that our customers can pass more than 6 tags to their clusters.
