SBO needs to be audited for security before going GA or made available to OSD.

The following template is to be used to collect all information related to SBO to enable the Security team to start the review:

Items in the template would be assigned to multiple owners in the team to get the data collection completed.

Acceptance Criteria:

All fields in the template are populated with the data needed to start the security review by 15th Feb 2021.
