Having service-binding-operator supporting binding between namespaces has several implication, like for instance security. And thus one of features we should add is a fine grain control of what can bind to what.

Desired Outcomes

• Have a chat with stakeholders to understand better what will be expected from this operator and make sure it's part of a roadmap;
• Design and discuss a security design model for the operator, what can we do in order to expose fine grain controls;
• Other stories to drive the implementation of such features;
