Update the PRODUCT_VERSION variable in .gitlab-ci.yml to 3.4-EA1 in RHAI wheel pipeline

This will start pointing the main branch to 3.4-EA1 and will create PULP repositories with this version when pipeline is triggered.

Note that changing the variable will NOT trigger post merge pipeline which is the expected behavior.
