Integration of automatic QA test execution
Feature Overview:
This is a followup for AIPCC-5664. This initiative wants to integrates the AutoQA server to AIPCC build pipelines. The automatic testing will be run according to the ADR 130

Every product which has a build pipeline and wants to run automatic integration tests on its artifacts.
Goals:

Every team in AIPCC.
- What is the difference between today’s current state and a world with this Feature?
Currently most of smoke and sanity testing is done manualy. We want the test trigger automatic when new artifacts are built.

When smoke and sanity tests will be started automatically when new artifacts are built.
