Description:
The Accelerator Enablement team will review, refine, and update AIPCC’s onboarding documentation to ensure it accurately reflects current workflows, tools, and team practices. This includes:

• Adding a clear team description under the “Core Teams” section.

• Verifying and updating all links, resources, and onboarding instructions.

• Aligning the documentation with the Accelerator Enablement team’s processes, including workflow overview, communication channels, and knowledge-sharing practices.

• Ensuring that the document provides a coherent, welcoming, and up-to-date overview for new hires joining AIPCC.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The onboarding document includes a clear and concise description of the Accelerator Enablement team and its responsibilities within AIPCC.

• All links, references, and external resources are validated and functional.

• The document accurately reflects the team’s current workflows, tools, and collaboration methods.

• The content follows a logical structure and tone suitable for new hires (clarity, accessibility, and completeness).

• The onboarding document serves as the single source of truth for a new hire to understand AIPCC’s mission, structure, and the specific team they’ve joined.
