In 0002-Remove-ray-dependency.patch, we were removing Ray as a dependency but it turns out we don't need that now, as we are shipping it for now.

If removing it is an issue, we'll need to prioritize the work in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/AIPCC-1592 or to edit the requirement files directly in the package plugin. Another way to keep the patches is to rename the vllm patches directory to be unversioned but I think this should be done in last resort.

Following needs to be added as well:

1. Add cupy with plugin
2. Ray[cgraph] which is needed by vllm
