Description of problem:

The RHOAI 3.3/cpu-ubi9 index contains Torch 2.9.0 and 2.9.1. I also see multiple versions of TorchVision. TorchAudio is only present for 2.9.1.

We have been avoiding multiple Torch versions in an index, because we are not sure if wheels build with Torch 2.9.0 are ABI compatible with 2.9.1 (or the other way around).

Version numbers (base image, wheels, builder, etc):

3.3 index for cpu-ubi9 variant
