As described in the OpenShift CI docs, the first step for extending the Release Gating suite is to create new periodic jobs and verify they are stable enough.

By reusing the existing workflows, create the following three periodic jobs for the ci/nightly streams:

• e2e-agent-compact-ipv4
• e2e-agent-sno-ipv6
• e2e-agent-ha-dualstack
