Currently only the compact worklow is defined, it's needed to define similar workflows for the other well-known scenarios (sno and ha).

All the jobs defined in the OpenShift CI related to the agent-based installer should use directly one of these workflows. The use of the generic workflow should be limited only to one-off exceptional cases
