    Description

      The openshift-install create install-config command runs a wizard (the 'survey') that requires the user to specify a platform, and none is not one of the available options. This makes it essentially useless for the agent installer, because you have to input a bunch of data that isn't going to be used.

      Perhaps we need an openshift-install agent create install-config command that runs a survey more tuned to our use cases.
