Similarly to the already existing installer command create install-config, which generates the Install Config asset, a new command agent create agent-config will be required to generate the AgentConfig asset.

The goal is to help the user in generating the required configuration files necessary for the installation.

Since the default command offers also an interactive survey for generating the yaml file, we could evaluate the possibility to split this card in two, by having initially a first empty template generated without survey, and implement the survey later
