    Description

      We should test that the cluster-manifests that we generate from the install-config can be applied to a ZTP hub cluster, and produce a spoke cluster as expected when given the appropriate BaremetalHosts as inventory.

      Once this is wokring, it should be continuously tested by a CI job.
