We need to investigate how to add CI integration tests into Konflux Component and add a test for ISO-no-registry for 4.21. This test should:

• take the generated container image
• extract the ISO
• run the ISO No Registry test
• make the results available in the UI
• gate the release pipeline, i.e. this test must pass before the release pipeline can proceed
