Epic Goal

This is the follow-on Epic in 4.21 for features related to the Konflux release which did not make the 4.20 release

Why is this important?

In 4.21 a new Konflux release pipeline should be used to simplify the release. In addition any lessons learned from implementing the release via Konflux in 4.20 will be added here.
