The appliance injects the manifests generated by the oc mirror (IDMS/ITMS/CC/CS) as extra manifests in the cluster. At that moment they point just to registry.appliance.openshift.com.

To properly support the IRI registries that will be generated by the MCO IRI controller, it is necessary to:

•  Add the localhost/api-int mirrors to the oc mirror generated resources (IDMS/ITMS/CC/CS)
• Patch the bootstrap.ign registries.conf to support also api-int

The latter in particular is required to allow any node, during the installation when required, to be able to reach and consume the rendezvous appliance registry
