Since the upgrade/node extension are going to be addressed in the next release, this card is mostly to manage the feature deletion (registry disabling, data deletion from disk).
In addition, the manager should update accordingly the related MachineConfigNode status as described in https://github.com/openshift/enhancements/pull/1821.

An important point will be to monitor the activity of the local IRI registry and report it in the status.
