Since the upgrade/node extension are going to be addressed in the next release, this card is mostly to manage the feature deletion (registry disabling, data deletion from disk).
In addition, the manager should update accordingly the related MachineConfigNode status as described in https://github.com/openshift/enhancements/pull/1821
