What

• Create endpoint
• Impl test for the endpoint
• The unbinding endpoint should check if exist the app and update the deleted_at with the current date if it is not updated already.

Why

The operator will call this endpoint when any namespace project has this label/tag

NOTE:

• The Rest Service already has an unbinding service then it needs to be checked and changed if required as we need to create and an endpoint which will be used to call it.
