Value Statement

The source of downloadable HyperShift (HCP) CLI binaries should be https://mirror.openshift.com/pub/openshift-v4/clients/ for the console download. This ensures that no matter how users chooses to download the CLI binaries, whether directory from https://mirror.openshift.com/pub/openshift-v4/clients/ , using "oc krew" (covered by https://issues.redhat.com/browse/ACM-6347) or from the OpenShift MCE console, the binary file comes from the same source.
