Value Statement

Integrate with OpenShift CLI manager so that the HCP CLI binaries can be installed and managed by "oc krew".

We need to add the binary's krew compatible yaml definition as https://github.com/deejross/openshift-krew-index/tree/main/plugins in https://github.com/openshift/krew-index.

User will install "oc" and "krew" on local machine and define custom krew index via `oc krew add index https://github.com/openshift/krew-index`. Then the HCP CLI binary can be easily installed `oc krew install {binary}`.

Only critical point that should be managed is versioning. When a new version of the CLI is released, this manifest should also be updated according to this version. After that krew will automatically(or manually by user) update to the latest version easily.
